Terms of Service

Welcome to EarnifyX Lab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of earnifyxlab.in and everything on it — the AI tools directory, Chrome extensions, software listings, PromptBhandar prompts, resources, blog posts and tutorials (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or make a purchase. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One person, one account. Do not share, sell or transfer your account.
• Tell us immediately at contact@earnifyxlab.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

3. What we provide

EarnifyX Lab is a curated directory and knowledge hub. We list and describe third-party AI tools, browser extensions, software and resources, and we publish our own prompts, guides and articles. Unless clearly stated otherwise, third-party products are not made, sold or supported by us. Downloads and "Visit Tool" buttons take you to the official third-party website or store, and your use of those products is governed by their own terms and licences.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, redistribute or resell the Service's content, prompts or datasets in bulk without written permission.
• Attempt to access the admin area, other users' accounts or any non-public part of the Service.
• Upload or transmit malware, spam or anything unlawful, defamatory or infringing.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service (including bypassing CAPTCHA or rate limits).
• Use the Service or its prompts to generate content that violates the terms of the AI platform you are using or any applicable law.

5. Prompts, content and licence

All original content on the Service — text, prompts, graphics, logo and design — belongs to EarnifyX Lab or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our free prompts and resources in your own projects, including commercial ones. You may not claim our prompts or guides as your own, republish them as a collection, or remove attribution where it is included.

Third-party trademarks (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Chrome) belong to their respective owners. Mention on the Service does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with them.

6. Premium features and payments

Some prompts, resources and features are marked as Premium/Pro. Where a paid plan is offered, prices, billing period and what is included will be shown before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details. Unless the law requires otherwise or the offer says so, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

7. User submissions

If you send us a tool suggestion, prompt, feedback or other material, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit and publish it on the Service with attribution where reasonable. Only submit material you have the right to share.

8. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising from networks such as Google AdSense and Adsterra. Advertisers are responsible for their own ads; we do not endorse advertised products and are not a party to any transaction between you and an advertiser. 9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep listings accurate and up to date but we do not guarantee that any tool, extension, software, prompt or information is complete, accurate, safe, or will produce any particular result. Your use of third-party products is at your own risk. Please read our full Disclaimer.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarnifyX Lab and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any third-party product listed on it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing).

11. Links to other sites

The Service contains links to external websites. We have no control over their content or policies and accept no responsibility for them.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as licences, disclaimers and limitations of liability) continue after termination.

13. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Service where practical. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
